Johor Bahru, 9 December 2025 — Bullish Aim Sdn. Bhd., chaired and owned by His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, the Regent of Johor, today announced the official launch of RMJDT, a Ringgit-backed stablecoin issued by the company as part of its broader strategy to develop trusted, scalable digital finance infrastructure for Malaysia.
Launched under a regulated sandbox framework, RMJDT is designed to strengthen the international use of the Malaysian Ringgit in cross-border trade settlements and to act as a catalyst for attracting increased foreign direct investment (FDI) into Malaysia. The initiative aligns with global tokenisation trends and directly supports Malaysia’s Digital Asset National Policy.
As part of the RMJDT rollout, Bullish Aim will establish a Digital Asset Treasury Company (DATCO). The treasury will begin with RM500 million in Zetrix tokens, with plans to scale up to RM1 billion over time. Modeled after global digital-asset treasury strategies, DATCO is designed to support long-term ecosystem stability and help maintain predictable network gas fees for RMJDT transactions.
In addition, DATCO will stake Zetrix tokens to support up to 10% of validator nodes within Malaysia’s Blockchain Infrastructure. This reflects Bullish Aim’s commitment to actively supporting network security, performance, and long-term resilience, while aligning its role as issuer with active participation in the underlying blockchain infrastructure.
“These dual initiatives reflect Johor’s commitment to advancing digital innovation at the intersection of blockchain technology, trade infrastructure, and national economic development, while operating within Malaysia’s approved sandbox environment to ensure compliance, transparency, and national oversight,” said His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, the Regent of Johor.
“Our vision is for this stablecoin to become the standard for crypto-based payments in Malaysia — empowering businesses, consumers and innovators with a faster, safer and more efficient way to transact,” said Dato’ Lion Peh, Managing Director of Bullish Aim.
Through RMJDT and DATCO, Bullish Aim positions itself as a long-term builder in Malaysia’s digital-asset economy — aligning payment innovation, infrastructure investment, and regulatory discipline to support sustainable national and regional growth.
